I specialize in helping with symptoms of anxiety, depression, anger, and all that comes with life transitions. I am trained in EMDR and am an Amen Clinic Certified Brain Health Professional. Additionally, I am skilled in play therapy, sand therapy, mindfulness, and CBT techniques. My experience spans working with children and adults of all ages, ensuring a broad understanding of various life stages and challenges. Having gone through many personal experiences myself, I have become a well-rounded therapist who can genuinely relate to the changes that clients are going through.
