Hello, I'm Toni Autrey, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 14 years of experience in the mental health field, and I have been a Mental Health Therapist for the past 4 years. Currently, I offer virtual sessions to make therapy accessible and convenient for you. My journey in mental health began by assisting families in their homes, which profoundly shaped my approach to treatment. I believe in a person-centered perspective where the treatment process is a partnership. To foster healing, I strive to create an atmosphere free from judgment, filled with respect, encouragement, and empathy.
I utilize a variety of treatment models tailored to fit your unique needs, drawing mainly from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Additionally, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), which is particularly effective for trauma-related disorders. My specialties include treating trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, OCD, phobias, PTSD, intimate/romantic relationship issues, spirituality, anger management, life transitions, and stress.

Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, disordered eating behaviors, self-harm, chronic suicidal ideations, paranoia, or obsessive compulsions, I am here to help you navigate these difficulties and find a path to healing.
Outside of my professional life, I cherish spending time outdoors and enjoying the natural beauty of our area. Whether it's hiking, swimming, trail riding, or simply relaxing on my porch, I find peace and rejuvenation in nature.
