What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions. I will go over confidentiality, consents and privacy policy. I will gather some information through a bio-psychosocial assessment about you and then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us. Having worked with professionals for the past 4+ years, I've developed and tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
