Hey, I'm Toni! Do you struggle with anxiety? Perhaps you have racing or repetitive thoughts that you just can't shake? Or maybe you constantly fixate on the "worst case scenario"? Do you just feel overwhelmed?
I empower high-functioning adults to overcome the struggles of anxiety. Whatever the cause of your anxiety may be, I utilize a variety of techniques, from a holistic approach, to help you manage these uncomfortable symptoms. Together, we will focus on you as a whole, looking at all areas and aspects of your life. I integrate nutrition, movement (yoga, Pilates, aerobic exercise, and even walking), mindfulness, and self-awareness to address the root cause of your anxiety.
I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University, which informs my compassionate and evidence-based approach.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
