Greetings, I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor with over twenty years of experience working with clients and their families. I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix. My background is in treating complex trauma, attachment issues, complex family systems, and dual diagnosis in a clinical care setting. I have recently transitioned to an outpatient remote setting, working with clients across the county. I continue to specialize in treating trauma and attachment and run an adoption group. I am also currently a parent coach with Solutions Parenting Support, working specifically with parents whose kids have mental health challenges. I use a client-focused and mindfulness-based approach to help clients identify needs, set goals, and work through and toward what they need.
