Hi there, I'm Toni-Michelle! Toni Storlazzi, LPC, CCTP. I practice person-centered, humanistic therapy with a focus on self-care and fostering supportive relationships. My approach My approach centers on self-compassion and patience with ourselves. My focus Substance use disorders (active and in recovery), PTSD, the queer community, polyamory, and CNM. My communication style I strive to provide a process rooted in a strong therapeutic relationship. I present with authenticity and kindness and will help you focus on your goals and establish steps to reach them. My journey to mental healthcare I have lived experience with both mental illness and substance use disorders. Growing up in a family with difficult dynamics, I learned early on how to soothe and comfort. I have built on that skill set and learned how to help teach others to regulate their emotions in difficult times. My goals for you Together, we will examine areas in your life that aren't working well for you. We will explore how you would like those areas to change and how we can get there. My first session with you During our first session, after I briefly introduce myself, the focus will be on you-sharing who you are and where you've come from. You can expect a lot of questions, but you can always choose not to answer.
