Our therapy is rooted in three pillars: personal, relationships, and career. We focus on individual cognitions, coping skills, and emotional regulation. We address family and relationship dynamics, including roles, conflict, support, and behavioral dynamics. Lastly, we explore the unique challenges of being a professional, including vicarious trauma, burnout, financial stress, moral injury, and career dissatisfaction.
