I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and my goal is to help individuals discover their inner strength and to help them reach their fullest potential. I believe in the power of resilience and developing a growth mindset to overcome life's obstacles and daily stressors. I bring 29 years of experience as an educator and former school counselor where I helped educators and adolescents on a daily basis manage stress, anxiety and depression. Through Cognitive Behavior Therapy I helped educators and students thrive and experience success in high stress situations. We all experience the struggles and stress of life, I'm here to help you face life's challenges while thriving in the process.
