Hello, I'm Toni! I love being a therapist, but I also love spending time traveling and experiencing different cultures. I believe in self-care as the best way to balance my work-life obligations, and I promote this in my therapy practices. I admit that I don't have all the answers, even for myself, and will always be a constant work in progress on my way to self-actualization. I believe that self-awareness assists me in being a compassionate and empathetic person when working with clients. I hold an MA and am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. Over the years, I have worked with many modalities and look forward to learning from my future clients as much as I hope they will learn from me. My specializations include ADHD, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, anger management, antisocial behavior, anxiety, depression, family relationships, grief/bereavement, intimate/romantic relationships, LGBTQIA+ support, life transitions, medical issues/physical health, military/veteran support, multicultural/diversity issues, PTSD, sex/intimacy issues, stress, and trauma. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth for those who prefer remote sessions. Working together, we will explore your unique experiences and challenges.
