My focus is to create a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space where clients feel safe to share their thoughts and feelings. I work with individuals navigating anger management, anxiety, emotional abuse, trauma, PTSD, depression, and other mental health concerns. I believe therapy is a collaborative process and strive to help each client feel heard, understood, and supported as they work toward meaningful change. My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and individualized. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapeutic modalities based on each client’s unique needs and goals. I am passionate about helping individuals recognize their strengths, develop healthy coping skills, and build greater confidence and emotional well-being. My goal is to support each person in creating positive, lasting change and moving toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
