I specialize in women's and maternal mental health. My approach In therapy, I use a variety of evidence based treatment practices (solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy) to best fit you and the goals you want to accomplish. My focus I take pride in lifting up and encouraging women, and the people who love them. I am passionate about and trained to work with and support pregnant/new moms experiencing perinatal mood disorders and women experiencing a variety of life transitions.
