I hold a Master’s in Counseling from Capella University Campus Center, which equips me to support you effectively on this journey.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I have 12 years of experience working with different individuals in different areas of their life. I use a person-centered approach when working with clients, meeting them where they are at and building upon that to make the desired change. I incorporate mindfulness, solution focused counseling as well as cognitive behavioral therapy. I meet my Client's where they are at and challenge as needed. What is your typical process for working with clients?

I assign homework to help the Client learn new tools to assist them to obtain the goals they desire. I utilize CBT, SFT, motivational interviewing and talk therapy to help process through barriers.
