Hello and welcome! My name is Tony Thomas, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a proud military veteran. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Union University of California. I am based in Memphis, TN, and work with clients statewide through telehealth. I have experience working with adults, children, and families from diverse backgrounds. I specialize in depression, anxiety, and various other psychological issues, including PTSD and trauma. I teach useful and practical strategies that can be applied in everyday life to restructure negative thoughts and increase self-awareness.
