Congratulations on taking steps to better yourself and better your life! My name is Tonya Allen and I’ve been a therapist for over 30 years. It’s something I’ve wanted to do since junior high. I received my Masters degree from Northeastern State University in 1998 and my license in 2002. Some of my specialties include: anxiety, depression, panic disorder and PTSD. I use a client-centered approach along with cognitive behavioral therapy. I love spending time with my family, going for walks, and listening to music.
