DE
I am a licensed professional counselor of mental health devoted to supporting individuals and families in addressing issues related to grief and loss, anxiety, depression, relationships, and stress. With empathy and compassion, I offer a safe and caring space where we will work together to address your needs. In this process, you will gain greater insight and coping skills to create and/or maintain healthy relationships. Understanding that symptoms and diagnosis are the same, but individuals are different, is key! I hold a Master’s degree in Human Services from Lincoln University. I’ve worked with adults and teens in private practice and community settings. I strive to understand each client in the context of their family and other relationships—both community and personal—and I believe everyone can live a healthy life. My goal is to support and empower my clients.
