Hi, I'm Tonya Jepson. I am a Christian, a mom, an author, and a licensed professional counselor (LPC). I earned my Master's in Counseling from Capella University. I enjoy spending time with family, gardening, and swimming. My approach I use a Person-Centered approach where clients can work on goals at their own pace. I also incorporate Family Systems therapy when appropriate. My focus I have worked with autistic clients, adolescents, and now refugees. I am comfortable supporting clients as they express what is going on in their mental health, and together we work toward solutions and treatment plans.
