Hi, I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the State of North Carolina. I have 4 years of experience as a therapist, but over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. I received my Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Kentucky. I'm very passionate about helping individuals to address their challenges and live more rewarding lives.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I offer a safe, nonjudgemental space for clients of all identities and backgrounds where you can be free to express your true, authentic self. I have a passion for helping people to become the best versions of themselves; and I have always been a sounding board for those closest to me. Mental health is a very important topic that is sometimes overlooked. We take care of our bodies and get checkups when things seem out of balance, we should do the same thing for our minds.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
