I am a therapist who likes to set goals and work toward helping clients achieve the changes they are seeking: to feel better and to see positive changes in their lives. We begin by talking and processing the issues, then figure out what would be most helpful. I believe in listening to what my clients need and developing an individualized approach for each person. Clients would describe me as warm, open, non-directive, and affirming. I ask lots of questions to encourage further exploration and insight. I believe that the client is the director of their own life, and the therapist is a facilitator who helps them reach deeper truths within. I work with clients to uncover root causes and address the deeper issues, not just the symptoms. We leave sessions with a plan of action for improvement.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
