Was very kind and made me feel seen and safe in just one session.

I had a confirmed slot on ZocDoc and showed up to have the session and no one arrived or responded when I called the listed phone number. It made my process all the more stressful. Some clearer or more empathetic communication when completely not following up would've been helpful. Also they took away the new client portal on the phone, after I written a text saying no one showed up.
