I also have the privilege of mentoring youth and young adults within my local community. My passion lies in working with a diverse range of clients, from children to adults, who may be navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, addiction, anger, parenting issues, stress, life transitions, and more. I have a particular affinity for working with adolescents and young adults, as I find this stage of life both complex and rewarding to support. In my practice, I take a person-centered approach because I firmly believe that you are the expert of your own life. My role is to walk alongside you, providing guidance and support as you uncover your strengths and find solutions that work best for you. To tailor our sessions to your unique needs, I incorporate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), among others. My professional journey has taken me through a variety of settings, including partial hospitalization, outpatient care, and corrections. Each of these experiences has enriched my practice and equipped me with a broad perspective on mental health and wellness.
