Life can be very challenging but the good thing about it is that you have the opportunity to make changes to move in the direction you would like to take. We don't enter into this world alone and as such, we shouldn't have to live it alone. Allow me the opportunity to be available to help you walk through the difficulties of life. Together we will work to help you unlearn some things and learn some new things that you can implement daily. I have had to do the same things in my own personal journey so my commitment to you is to help you move past your experiences. We all have a past that has help to shape who we've become but that does not have to be our future, we can change that course with some time and a little help.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Patients often describe me as easy to work with, compassionate, flexible, and engaging (or fun). I maintain a commitment to honesty and transparency throughout our work. Upon request, I can integrate biblical principles to support your goals to heal and assist you in realigning your relationship with Christ because healing is not just about your mental/emotional state of being. It is multidimensional including the spirit, soul, and the body.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our initial sessions focus on getting to know each other and collecting the necessary information to create a customized treatment plan aimed at achieving your end goal. I strive to create a space where you feel completely comfortable working with me. I then provide you with education and actionable coping strategies relevant to your concerns. Through a collaborative dialogue, we work to process your experiences, gain new insights, and reframe challenges so you can thrive.
