I help adults experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, compulsive behaviors, relationship challenges, and life transitions. LGBTQ+ clients are welcome. I specialize in EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/Tapping) for trauma recovery. My approach also incorporates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion-Focused Therapy.I also incorporate existential therapy, mindfulness, positive psychology, and cultural humility.
