Dr. Toshi Francis has worked in the field of social service for over 18+ years dealing with all aspects of work related trauma, depression, anxiety, and medical trauma(prenatal/postpartum). Dr. Francis is a graduate of Clark Atlanta University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and a minor in business administration. She also graduated from, Adelphi University’s MSW program and Capella University, with a PhD in psychology. Dr. Francis is considered a workplace mental health scientist.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My goal is for you to be heard, relaxed, and understood in each session. I have a strength-based approach. I am solution-based in sessions. I meet clients where they are.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We will do the intake first. We will then go into what is a concern(s) for you. Will work through these concerns and transition them into goals and objectives. We will meet weekly, biweekly, or monthly to meet these goals.
