Toya has been an incredible therapist. She creates a welcoming, judgment-free environment where I feel heard, supported, and understood. I'm truly grateful for her support and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable therapist.
Ms Toya was such a huge help to me in a time where I felt like my life was spiraling out of control. She helped me navigate a lot of difficult moments and address some personal issues. I wish I could have kept her as a therapist forever! I only had to change because I moved to another state and wasn’t able to keep seeing her.
I'm so happy with Toya. I've been through several therapists before finding a good fit. She doesn't just ask me what I want to talk about, which is something I found frustrating in the past. She listens actively and asks great questions, always following up on past comments and concerns. She pushes me to grow and I really look forward to our sessions. I feel that I've been making excellent progress.
