Hello! I'm so glad you're here! Thank you for visiting my profile! Allow me to commend you on taking the first step towards healing, growth, or just figuring out some solutions to life! I would love to help you in any of those, or other areas that I may assist in! A little about me - I am a licensed mental health counselor in the states of Florida and Indiana. I have almost a decade of experience working in mental health and have worked with kids, teens, and adults from as young as 4 yrs up to 70+. Some of my specialties include depression, anxiety, bipolar, ADHD, conduct, adjustment, stress, trauma, and more. I take a very client-centered approach to therapy, allowing you the time and space to feel heard and validated, and my goal is always to help clients feel better about themselves and their circumstances after they leave a session with me. For the little ones, I love to incorporate play activities to keep them engaged and enthusiastic as they learn about how to cope with daily life. I also have intermediate proficiency in Spanish if that's something you need!
