I had a very disappointing experience with this therapist. The session felt extremely unprofessional, as she spent most of the time talking about her own life instead of focusing on my concerns. It was uncomfortable, and I ended up learning more about her personal story than receiving the help I needed. She also brought up politics, which made the situation even more inappropriate and made me feel like everything was being turned around to fit her perspective. I left feeling embarrassed and unsettled. I would highly recommend choosing someone else
