Hello, I'm Tracey. My passion is to help guide people through the various stages, circumstances, and situations that are faced throughout life and on a daily basis. My goal is to help create a trusting space for you to feel safe and begin working on your personal goals. I believe every person has their own unique circumstances, and together we can work towards a more fulfilling and meaningful life. I graduated with a Master's in Counseling from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2013 and have been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2015. Over the years, I've dedicated myself to giving back to the community, providing mental health services through various non-profits and organizations. This journey has allowed me to work with diverse populations, including children and adolescents, caregivers, the homeless population, and those struggling with substance abuse. My specialties include anger management, anxiety, children's mental and behavioral health, depression, family relationships, grief and bereavement, intimate and romantic relationships, LGBTQIA+ support, life transitions, multicultural and diversity issues, perinatal support (pregnancy, prenatal, postpartum), stress, trauma, addiction, ADHD, and adolescent and teen mental and behavioral health. I determine the modality of treatment based on your individual needs, using a trauma-informed and strength-based approach.
