With a Master's in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago, I am here to support you through these challenges and help you find new ways to cope and heal.

What should a new client know about working with you?

It’s time to get curious about your feelings, thoughts, actions, and the messages from your body. Sometimes we can change patterns by becoming aware of them and making choices to respond differently. Other times we need to dig into the past and understand the roots of the patterns to change them. You don’t have to do this alone. I can be your partner in this journey to a more centered, intentional, joyful life. I use a combination of traditional psychotherapy, mindfulness, and ACT to help you create new patterns and give you lifelong skills. I have decades of experience helping people cope with illness, loss, addiction and parenting challenges. I am completing a Certificate and Grief Therapy and I am well-versed in 12-Step Recovery.

Research consistently shows that the most important element in successful therapy is the relationship between the therapist and the client. Let’s work together as you grow towards the best version of yourself.
