Tracey Mcdaniel, LPC

Psychotherapist
SC
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Certified Grief Informed Professional, and a doctoral scholar. I hold a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling and a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management, bringing together clinical expertise with a deep understanding of the personal, relational, and workplace challenges many people face. Throughout more than 30 years of service in behavioral health, human services, leadership, and counseling, I have had the privilege of helping individuals navigate some of life’s most difficult seasons with hope, resilience, and practical strategies for growth. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, caregiver stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, workplace stress, and adjustment to significant life changes. I have a special passion for supporting women, caregivers, helping professionals, and individuals who spend so much time caring for others that they often neglect their own emotional well-being. I also work with individuals seeking greater self-awareness, healthier relationships, improved coping skills, and personal growth. Clients often describe me as warm, compassionate, thoughtful, and easy to talk with. I believe every person has unique strengths, and together we will build upon those strengths while addressing the challenges that may be keeping you from living the life you desire. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, grieving a loss, managing stress, or simply looking for support during a period of transition, you do not have to face it alone. I am committed to helping you gain clarity, build resilience, and move forward with greater confidence and hope.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
