Tracy is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. She earned her Master's in Art Therapy from Southern University and A&M College. Tracy's life's purpose is to empower and help others maximize their full potential and make positive life choices on purpose. She has extensive experience working with a wide range of life issues, including therapy for depression, stress management, anxiety, parenting support, relationships, self-care, couples/marital issues, crisis intervention, youth mentoring, and women's empowerment. Tracy has a passion for mentoring adolescent girls, improving relationships, empowering women, and providing support for single moms. In her practice, Tracy utilizes a holistic and integrative approach, recognizing that all components of a person's life are intertwined. Therapy and techniques are individualized, as we all approach and respond to life situations and circumstances differently. Counseling sessions are realistic, interactive, and non-judgmental. Presence, participation, and being true to oneself are required, as they are vital to the therapeutic process. Therapy is a safe space where you can lay all of your realities on the table and safely explore and work through everyday life issues.
