I provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for you to identify what's not working in your life and causing you to feel unwell. Using a whole-self approach and addressing the issues most relevant to you, I use tools and strategies that lead to positive changes and wellness. Whether you are experiencing a life challenge, having issues with relationships, or struggling with emotional well-being, I look forward to the opportunity to help you discover new ways to improve, heal, and grow. Thank you for considering sharing your journey with me. I look forward to meeting you.

What should a new client know about working with you?

After learning a little more about your concerns and challenges we will explore some goals or outcomes that you hope to gain from our time together. Each time we meet we will assess where you are, any progress you're making, and what tools or strategies might help you with your wellness journey. Every session I will provide you with support and encouragement to take small steps towards your end goal.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Tracey is open minded and challenges me to think about things in a different way. She is easy to talk to and empathetic while still holding me accountable. As a therapist myself, I highly recommend her.
I have seen many therapists in the past 24 years and Tracey is the FIRST therapist who has really helped me to make positive changes in my life and in my relationships with others. I have only seen her 5 times and she has already made a huge difference in my thinking habits, daily practices, and anxiety disorder. She is by far the best therapist with whom I have worked. I am so grateful to have found her when I was questioning my own value in life. She has been a godsend.
I like that I get good, solid feedback from Tracey. It's the no BS kind of feedback and it feels like I have someone on my side.
I really appreciate that she has goals for me. It's not just me rambling about bad stuff for my past, she actually gives me homework.
Tracy is helping me make some great progress in just a few months. She challenges my thinking and gives me a different perspective.
