I strive to create a space of acceptance and openness for all of my clients. Providing a space to share and explore while staying focused on what is most important to YOU! Building trust is extremely important in therapy and you want to work with someone who you can feel safe with.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first session together will be spent getting to know each other and identifying what is most important to you. Clients can expect to discuss their hopes, plans, and desires for change. Throughout therapy we will work together to support you in moving toward what you want most.
