Getting to know Traci Mohler
Traci Mohler is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Traci has experience working with young adults, adults, families and couples. Traci takes a holistic and trauma-informed approach. When working with clients she considers the whole person, including their physical, emotional, social and spiritual well-being to help heal trauma and stressful life experiences, both past and present, to help heal trauma and stressful life experiences and restore balance. Traci is trained in EMDR therapy.
My journey to becoming a mental health provider developed out of life experiences, witnessing human resiliency, and a desire to help others recover from difficult life experiences. After pursuing a degree in counseling psychology from California Baptist University and working in a variety of clinical settings including schools, hospitals, outpatient and inpatient facilities, I began to gain a deeper understanding of the importance of individualized holistic care for each of my clients. Stressful life events can disrupt balance, leading to emotional and physical discomfort. I strive to help clients heal trauma and negative life experiences and restore balance. I am passionate about helping individuals, families, and couples gain the skills needed to navigate life and relationships.
During my time off I enjoy spending time with my husband, two sons and our dog. I enjoy being in nature, hiking, kayaking and anything that allows me to be outdoors. I love being creative via multiple artistic outlets.
