What is your typical process for working with clients?
I like to help my clients set goals that are doable and achievable for them. I break down the goals to smaller steps and review progress. I try to create a warm and caring environment so my clients feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings with me. I meet with clients for about 55 minutes. My approach is easy going so if there is something specific a client wants to talk about during session they are welcome to do so.
