“Therapist is great, office staff leaves a lot to be desired. They gave my daughter (who just lost her father) a hard time when she asked for directions on how to log in online for her appointment. She has enough on her plate to deal with that. I was at work and was unable to walk her through it, so I had her call the office to help her get online, and they were rude and made her feel even worse about herself.”
