Hi, I'm Tracy and I'm glad you're here! You're hurting and I want you to know that there is hope and that you're not alone. Having a therapist you trust by your side can make a world of difference when you're facing pain and uncertainty. As someone who has experienced the pain of trauma and grief—and began healing as a client—I can provide you with the understanding, presence, and tools to help you find your way to greater freedom. Leading with curiosity and compassion, my goal is to provide you the space to express yourself freely; nothing is too shameful or scary for us to face together.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My clinical areas of focus are anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, life-transitions, and family estrangement. I work with adult clients who often experience overwhelm, negative self-talk, loneliness, grief, chronic illness, family conflict, and who find it difficult to set boundaries. I want to know your story, your goals, and help you find hope, insight, and healing!
