Getting to know Tracy Ehrhardt

Hello, I'm Tracy. I hold an LCPC in Illinois and an LMFT in Missouri. Given the current stressors in the world, sometimes it can seem like even the smallest of tasks are overwhelming. I understand how difficult this can be and I'm here to help you navigate through these challenging times. I see a variety of clients with issues such as depression, anxiety, family conflict, workplace difficulties, and family development issues. My approach is to offer confidential and objective help in an empathic manner to address the issues you are facing. I believe in providing a safe and supportive space where you can feel heard and understood without judgment. As part of the Ethical Code, I provide assistance to persons without discrimination on the basis of race, age, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, disability, gender identity, health status, religion, or national origin. I specialize in working with individuals dealing with dementia, anger management, borderline personality disorder, grief and bereavement, LGBTQIA+ support, life transitions, PTSD, intimate and romantic relationships, stress, suicidal ideation and self-harming behaviors, trauma, and traumatic brain injury. Additionally, I offer perinatal support for pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum concerns. My goal is to help you find clarity and develop strategies that can improve your overall well-being. Whether you are dealing with a specific issue or just need someone to talk to, I am here to support you every step of the way. Reaching out for help can be difficult, but you have already started the process. Let's work together to create a path forward that feels right for you. I look forward to connecting with you and supporting you on your journey to healing and growth.
