My goal is to help you better understand yourself, develop healthier coping skills, and feel more confident managing everyday challenges. I have over a decade of experience in helping children, teens, and adults navigate life’s challenges. Together, we’ll identify unhelpful patterns, develop realistic coping strategies, improve communication, and work towards meaningful, lasting change. I am Licensed Mental Health Counselor who specializes in anxiety, depression, grief/loss, and emotional regulation. I earned my Bachelor’s in Psychology at Hofstra University and my Master’s in Forensic Mental Health Counseling at John Jay College. Throughout my experience, I have worked with people of all ages across mental health and substance use settings, however have spent an extensive time in working with adolescents and adults experiencing life transitions.
