I have been a therapist since 1997 with a Master's in Counseling Psychology and a Doctoral degree in Community Care and Counseling: Marriage and Family Therapy. I use a strengths-based, person-centered approach while practicing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, meditation, introspective and optional Christian-based perspectives for individual adults or couples. I am certified in EMDR, Gottman Level I, Prepare-Enrich Facilitation, mindfulness and grief counseling. Additionally, I am trained in Christian integrative approaches for those who would like to have faith be a part of the process. I am licensed to provide therapy in MA, NH, CT, RI and TX. In addition to my counseling degrees, I also have certifications in Spiritual Direction and Coaching and am a continual seeker of knowledge and have over 30 years of learning that I bring to every experience! I treat a variety of life struggles from depression, anxiety, trauma and grief to couples issues. In every session, I look for strengths and how to leverage these to promote growth. You can expect to be treated with compassion and an unwavering belief in your ability to heal and flourish. We will work together to determine your goals and to collaboratively work toward achieving them!
