With over 12 years of experience, Tracy's sole desire is to see her clients emotionally healthy and equipped to overcome life's obstacles. Tracy specializes in grief, Trauma, Depression, Anxiety and Self-esteem issues. Emotions are complex and each person has his/her own unique needs. She utilize several therapy approaches (Cognitive Behavioral, Trauma-Informed, Solution-Focused and Behavioral Activation therapies) that are designed to meet clients where they are. Tracy works with adults 18 and older. She loves gardening, bike riding, swimming, music and spending time with her family. In addition, Tracy enjoys learning and watching basketball and football.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

After you request your appointment, you will be sent an invite link for Brightside Health. You will need to enter your insurance and payment information to confirm your appointment.During your initial consultation we will craft a treatment plan personalized to your needs, and schedule follow-up appointments as needed. You will also be able message me directly at anytime via the messaging section of your Brightside Health portal - a tool where will also track your progress, access resources, and see your treatment plan details.
