My goals is to assist clients discover their purpose, self-love, and self-worth while renewing their zeal for life. My sole desire is to see clients emotionally healthy and equipped to overcome life's obstacles. I have a Master's degree in Social Work (LCSW) and I am certified in trauma and grief therapy. My therapeutic approaches meets clients where they are, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strength-Based Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I acknowledge that therapy can be intimidating, therefore I strive to create a safe space for clients to rest, reset, and heal while providing self-empowering tools to support them on their wellness journey.
