With more than 25 yrs experience, I specialize in adult women, peri/menopause, military families/foreign service, dementia caregiving, aging, and high performing career women. I work with trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and caregiving burden. I was trained as a medical social worker and rounded with the geriatric consult team at the VA and a major metro trauma hospital, so I am a great choice if you need help managing multiple medical providers and understanding care. I believe in supporting your identity and core values, and am pagan, faith-affirming, LGBTQIA+ affirming, sex/kink/polyamory-affirming.
