Travis Fragale, LPC

Psychotherapist
NJ
Hi there, I'm Travis! My goal as a counselor—and as a fellow human being—is to support you on your journey toward realizing that you already have what it takes to create meaningful change. Together, we'll work to help you move beyond feeling stuck, embrace the pain you've experienced with compassion, and grow through it so you can become more fully yourself. My focus I enjoy working with adults and older adolescents who are struggling with anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, life transitions, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, and feeling stuck. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by worry, weighed down by your past, or searching for greater purpose and direction, I provide a supportive space for you. My approach I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling truly seen, heard, and understood. My approach is warm, collaborative, and compassionate, while also helping you challenge the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as CBT, REBT, mindfulness, and acceptance-based strategies to meet your unique needs. My communication style My communication style is warm, genuine, and down-to-earth. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself and feel truly heard. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a collaborative conversation built on trust, honesty, and respect. My journey to mental healthcare I became a counselor because I had a pretty rough upbringing, and I want to give back by helping people realize that they, too, can create lasting change. I just believe in people and have so much hope that they can become the best versions of themselves.
