He has worked in several areas of youth services; after-school programming, school system, individual and family therapy, and with youth involved in the juvenile court system. His passion for helping others overcome obstacles in their lives is what drove him to become a licensed mental health therapist. He is trained in EMDR and enjoys working with adults and adolescents alike. Travis was born and raised in Waterloo, IA and is eager to continue providing therapeutic services to the Cedar Valley. He has experience working with adolescents with a host of different diagnoses and mental health concerns: depression, suicidal ideations, anxiety, PSTD, trauma-related stressors, conduct disorder, and anger management issues to name a few. He has also worked with adults and families and is eager to continue helping anyone looking for therapy services. Travis has a calm demeanor and is ready to provide a safe space for clients aged 10+ to reach their fullest potential and help them decrease and manage their mental health symptoms.
