Getting to know Travis Hill

I have been in private practice for myself for over 20 years. In that time, I have come to understand that people are the Captain's of their own ship. I'm the Navigator, a guide to help you through the rough water's of life.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Specialties: -anger management (be sure to check out my book, Navigate Anger, available in print, ebook, and audiobook format) -relationship counseling (I emphasize working on communication issues and having the focus on your influence in the relationship and what you can change) -anxiety & stress (my focus is on taking a look at unhealthy thought patterns and helping my clients learn skills to change those patterns).

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I see my clients one-on-one for in-person, video, and phone sessions. I want your sessions to be as comfortable as possible, and past client's have appreciated the level of privacy my office provides (quiet building, low traffic, private office- not shared with other therapists).
