Getting to know Tremaine Riley

If you are looking to embrace your past experiences and reach your full potential, I am the therapist for you. I am passionate about my work in mental health. My relationship with therapy has had a profoundly positive influence on my life, and the goal in my practice is to instill those same experiences in you. I hold a Master's in Social Work from North Carolina Central University, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support you effectively. During our time together, you will address issues that affect your mental well-being and learn to replace unwanted behaviors with new, healthier activities.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Through talk therapy, I assist with understanding various mental health issues and maintaining mental wellness. I often work well with clients who experience excessive worry, I help with navigating changes and understanding it's not what happens to us but how we respond. I also specialize in working with clients to practice self-care& positive coping skills.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I provide a free 15 minute consultation session for you to determine if we are good fit to support your journey! We will then schedule an assessment interview following the development of your treatment plan to support areas needed to address your needs. Our sessions are held weekly from 45 minutes to 60 minutes a session. We review, reflect, and reset during these sessions based on your needs and progress in the theraputic process.
