Who am I? And how can I help you? I'm glad you asked! I've worked with hundreds of families and children during my 18-year career. I hold a Master's in Human Services from Lincoln University and am certified in DBT. My approach is client-centered, and together we will develop an individualized treatment plan to reach your goals. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma in clients ranging from children to adults.
What should a new client know about working with you?
During the first visit, a diagnostic evaluation will be conducted to form a treatment strategy. During individual sessions, a thorough, person-centered approach will be used to address problems outlined in the evaluation and treatment plan. A secure messaging portal will also be established to keep in contact with therapist even between sessions if needed.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
A typical session includes a review of the past week, discussion of the efficacy of past interventions, and evidenced-based treatment strategies to continue helping you on your journey.
