I have over twenty years of experience counseling clients of all ages who are struggling with depression, anxiety, grief/loss and relationship difficulties. I also work with those that are seeking encouragement from someone nonjudgmental as they face life’s stressors and difficult decisions. I offer individual, couples, and family therapy (both in office & through telehealth). I utilize a multitude of therapeutic techniques such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Solution Focused Counseling, the Family Systems approach, Play Therapy, etc. Together we will strive to identify negative thought patterns, reframe them into positive ones, and learn skills to overcome self-doubt.
