All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. Changing the stigma associated with mental health while developing trust, collaboration, and commitment to our clients is at the core of our mission, with special emphasis on ensuring no individual or group is overlooked or forgotten. Our goal is to help clients be honest, transparent, and kind to themselves as they take steps toward change. Mental health is an emerging topic across various disciplines due to its impact on people from all walks of life. We must preserve our mental health and continue to make it a priority. Here, we understand that some of us struggle quietly. We are here to provide support and a safe, open space to talk. I hold a Master’s in Mental Health and Rehabilitation Counseling and a Master’s in Gerontology from the University of South Florida, as well as a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida, which inform my compassionate and comprehensive approach to care.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
