As the Lead Therapist at HomeNest Mental Health Counseling, my mission is to help individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion, authenticity, and evidence-based care.
I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, emotional burnout, and major life transitions.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, culturally responsive, and tailored to each person's unique experiences and goals. I strive to create a nonjudgmental environment where clients can openly explore their thoughts and emotions, build resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and gain the confidence to move forward.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
My process begins with an initial assessment where we discuss your concerns, goals, personal history, and what brings you to therapy.
This first step helps us gain a deeper understanding of your unique experiences and identify the areas where you would like support.
From there, we work collaboratively to develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs and goals.
Throughout our sessions, I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore challenges, gain insight, build healthy coping skills, and develop strategies for lasting growth.
As therapy progresses, we regularly review your goals and celebrate the progress you make along your journey toward improved emotional wellness and overall well-being.
